Public Transport: The festival is accessible by public transport, however we recommend hiring a taxi from Basingstoke train station as buses do not run regularly or directly to the festival location, so advanced planning is advised.

Camping: Disposable BBQ's are strictly prohibited.  Any damage due to fire or BBQ usage will incur a fine of up to £200

 

For a small fee, you are welcome to set up camp from 3pm, Friday 5th September.  

Alternatively the site will be open from 8am on Saturday, 6th September for camping. 

 

Carparking is available on site.  Sleeping in the car is strictly prohibited at this site.  

 

Facilities: 

There are several water points available for use on site. 

Both standard and disabled toilets will be available to use on site.  Please be respectful and try to keep these as clean as you can.

 

Activities:  All activities are FREE to join with the exception of the Drum Birthing Ceremony.  Due to the materials required, a fee is required to join in with this workshop.  

 

Accessibility:  Our festival aims to be inclusive, and while there are fields with small hills, wheelchair access may be possible with assistance depending on the weather conditions. We are committed to ensuring that all attendees can enjoy the event, and as such, we will provide disabled toilets, accessible parking, and designated camping areas for those who require it. Your comfort and accessibility are our priorities, and we encourage anyone needing assistance to reach out to our staff for support. 

 

Alcohol:  Alcohol will only be available to purchase on site.  It is strictly forbidden to bring any alcohol into the festival grounds.  Any alcohol found on a person, will be confiscated.  

 

Pets: Dogs are welcome, provided that they are well behaved and kept on a lead at all times.  Please ensure you clean up after them.

 

Tickets: 

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets will only be available via our website, any offers outside of our website maybe fraudulent.
