Ritual Sound Journey

In the convergence of Art and Ritual, this session invites you on a cathartic journey guided by the breath, tribal instruments, voice, and the heartbeat of the drum.

Immerse yourself in music crafted for Master Plant ceremonies, recognizing that the true medicine resides within oneself. Let the sounds lead you into the depths of the spirit—where what's above is below, and what's inside is outside.

Ruben Yon'ton, an Artist of Ritual, will guide you through this hour and a half exploration. It's recommended to bring your Yoga Mat for added comfort during the session.

Embrace the freedom to find your own posture during the journey—there are no mandatory positions. Feel at ease as you allow movement to flow through your body, and if the urge arises to let your voice become part of the symphony, you're free to do so, always mindful of those around you.

Prepare to embark on a transformative experience where the synergy of sound, ritual, and self-discovery intertwines.

The Northern Poet

Luke is a bardic storyteller, flute maker and nature enthusiast whose passion is using story and music to encourage people to rebuild their connection, back to these magical islands we call home. Having wandered the length of these isles for the last 10 years, visiting hundreds of ancient sites along the way, Luke feels a great sense of purpose when it comes to helping people remember the magic, and forgotten tales from the British Isles.

I am a wandering poet from the rugged lands of Britain. For many a moon I have wandered the ancient sites scattered across the globe. Seeking the wisdom and magic hidden within our long lost pagan cultures. But it wasn't until I returned to the misty isles that I was truly able to stand in my purpose.

For it was here that I remembered that nothing is ever truly lost and with dedication, belief and presence, all that has been forgotten remains. I have heard the songs whispered in the whirling winds. I have bathed in the healing waters of the icy mountain springs. I have danced in the underworld with the medicine of this land, and with your time and presence, even if only for a moment, I invite you to dance on this journey of remembering with me.

Didgeridreams

A Didgeridreams soundscape is an invitation to use the sacredness of sound to travel, both inwardly and together.

Woven by five multi-instrumentalists; each soundscape is an unrehearsed and divine offering of channelled music, which brings different and unique energies into awareness with each journey.

A sacred space is opened, and with the didgeridoo often as an anchoring deep drone, an opportunity is given for you to experience your own dream world, surrounded by an array of indigenous, ancient and contemporary instruments, bass-lines, drum beats, vocal harmonies, gong, birdsong, flute, handpan, and more within a unique tapestry of sound.

The music comes into existence in the moment, surrounds and moves through us and through you.

Oms Rocha

Oms Rocha (1987) A self taught Visual Artist from Mexico, he studied architecture at the prestigious Mexican University Unam. His work is inspired by a wide range of Masters including Carlo Scarpa, Eladio Dieste, Lee Ufan, Richard Serra, Nobuo Sekine and Olarfur Eliasson, amongst others.  Oms began his career in 2019 painting on a side while working in the Antoine Ratigan Studio in collaboration with numerous international Artists, whilst also dedicating time to his love for interior design.

The key concept in Oms work revolves around cycles; cycles which represent portals and duality. The portals symbolise the relationship between life and death and the transcendence of one's own limits and being. They look towards a different perspective and understanding of death. A nuanced as well as a conversation between two dimensions that evokes a profound contemplation on the innate and mysterious nature of the human spirit. By delving into the delicate equilibrium between existence and the vast unknown creating a dialogue with the observer and the inner life of the piece. The ensuing dialogue is an exchange between the spectator looking inside the piece to explore the concept. The use of light and golden colour serves as a symbolic representation of enlightenment, allowing to explore and contemplate the human existence beyond the confines of any specific religion or culture by depicting the simplicity of a cirle that represents the cycle of life.

Arrow Breaking

Step into a living ritual—where ancient symbolism meets embodied action, and fear becomes a doorway to your power.

In this group ceremony, we journey together through reflection, connection, and breakthrough. You’ll begin by drawing self-reflection cards & prompts that help illuminate the hidden beliefs, doubts, or stories ready to be released. Through meditation, guided sharing, and intention-setting, a shared space of trust and exploration is formed.

Then comes the Ceremonial Arrow Break. A wooden arrow is placed at the soft hollow of your throat—the meeting place of voice and vulnerability—representing a personal fear or limitation. With one clear step forward, you’ll break through it. This is a rite of passage. A moment of choice. A sacred act witnessed and held in community.

At the end, we close the circle by binding the arrows, sealing the energy of what’s been released and reclaimed.

About Your Facilitator

This ceremony is guided by Amy Bjørø, an experienced ritualist and space-holder of firewalking, glass-walking, and other embodied rites. Drawing from a wide stream of influences—ancient traditions, modern psychology, quantum physics, and initiatory ritual—Amy creates immersive experiences where transformation becomes tangible.

With grounded presence and spiritual depth, she helps people over the threshold—not with force, but with fierce self-awareness and the support of sacred witnessing.

Aliki Karveli

Aliki [Alice] Karveli is a Greek-born, London Based interdisciplinary artist (Mixed Media Fine Art BA Hons) that focuses on visual art, performance, live and on film, with sculptural elements and hypnotic soundscapes.  She approaches art as a tool for transformation and inner alchemy.

Her image-making practice is centred on expressing her inner experience of the spiritual aspect of life and Creation… Their cyclical nature, ordeals/ecstasies they bring, and growth achieved beyond them. Tracing the flow of elemental forces, entities, abstract and archetypal forms, allowing symbols and patterns to emerge organically.

Fascinated by the idea of morphogenesis as an intuitive process, moving progressively from abstract “chaos-flows” to clearer more defined forms as identified by the brain’s powerful pattern recognition, especially when it comes to figures and faces. The works are in their own right visionary, sometimes trying to stay true to a pre-existing vision and sometimes the products of approaching the creative process as a scrying method. A recent development in her work has been to combine (action) painting as performance within an installation with live sonic elements. Those cam be generated by the creative movements sonified through contact mics and/ or sensors, her own intuitive vocal improvisation and live instrumentation as well.

She has been making live art at various international events and festivals since 2016, and exhibiting internationally since 2014, with three solo exhibitions in Athens and one in London (2017). Her last big solo show was in October 26th- November 2nd 2023 at the The Crypt Gallery of St Pancras Church in London.

Elemental Soul Dance

An Embodied Ceremony with Ayla Willow

Join us in this dance of embodied awakening, where we remember our elemental and soulful nature.  The elements support us to remember our primal and elemental nature, each element offers a different quality, deepening and guiding us as we journey with the dance.  This dance draws on Ayla Willow's apprenticeship and training with Middle Earth Medicine and is informed by the Wheel of Soul's Return, an archetypal path to awakening and wholeness through soul retrieval, dance, creativity and journeying.  Your body holds a wisdom that is needed, your story is the medicine the world needs and when we come together and dance we awaken an embodied collective field of connection, presence and transformation.

Ayla Willow has been apprenticing and facilitating with Middle Earth Medicine for 7 years.  Ayla runs online and in person dances, alongside her other passions and offerings as a musician, craftswoman, community facilitator, birthkeeper/doula and home educator.  Dance was the opening to her true purpose and passions many moons ago, and she is devoted to holding the container of dance where others can also journey deep and remember their true self and purpose.

You can expect a lovingly crafted dance with music from a wide range of genres, styles and lands, and a commitment to compassionate and transformative spaces.
